The Water Quality Association’s India Task Force has been established to assist WQA Member Companies located in India with local needs and issues. The Task Force is working on a number of issue to benefit member companies throughout India, below is a brief list outlining some of the initiatives. Meetings are held two time per year throughout India and all WQA members are welcome to attend.
- Promote WQA membership throughout India
- Develop and promote a Professional Certification Program for individuals in India
- Promote third party product testing and certification through WQA's Gold Seal Program
- Protect WQA's registered Membership logo and Gold Seal logo by insuring that companies are not misusing the logos
- Develop a product testing standard for the India Market
- Develop a PR campaign so that companies, regulators, and consumers lean about the Water Quality Association
