“This was definitely the biggest, most intense storm that I’ve ever seen,” Gibson said. “At my house we had wind gusts of 140 mph. Our area has just been totally devastated.” He discusses the impact the storm has had on his employees and family, how his team is responding to customer needs and lessons learned from the storm. Plus, he has some ideas on how other WQA members can help.
