Antitrust Compliance Statement

The Water Quality Association is firmly committed to vigorous, free and open competition. This Antitrust Compliance Statement is designed to outline the general rules governing how WQA, as a trade association of competitors, customers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers in the residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment industry, will assist the organization, its staff and its members and clients in recognizing antitrust issues whenever they arise and will aid in ensuring ongoing compliance with the antitrust laws. Code of Conduct

WQA’s positive reputation reflects not only on WQA but also the entire industry we serve. The WQA Code of Conduct applies to everyone attending WQA’s virtual, social media and in-person events, including, but not limited to, staff, members, guests, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees. Code of Ethics

WQA is dedicated to promoting the highest principles of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and professionalism in the water quality improvement industry. It is equally dedicated to preserving the consuming public’s right to quality water. Learn more about the Code of Ethics.

Conflict of Interest Policy and Whistleblower Policy

All who perform official duties on behalf of WQA lead by example in serving the needs of the Association and its members, and in representing the interests and ideals of the water treatment industry at large. WQA Representatives must act at all times in the best interests of the Association and not for personal or third-party gain or financial enrichment.
