WQA to fill eight board seats during Annual Meeting April 27

A slate of nominees for the Water Quality Association Board of Directors is up for election at the association’s 2021 Annual Meeting, which will be held during a special online event beginning at noon EDT (11 a.m. CDT) on Tuesday, April 27.  Vice President Toby Thomas of Kinetico Incorporated is expected to assume the presidency, ceremoniously taking the gavel from outgoing president DJ Shannahan of Sharp Water Culligan.

The Water Quality Association has postponed its 2021 Convention & Exposition until July 28-30.  The association says the delay increases the likelihood of hosting a successful in-person event at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the same space originally set aside for WQA to gather in late April.

WQA Virtual Education is under way

The final piece of the Water Quality Association’s virtual convention events is in place now with the launch of WQA Virtual Education.  Nearly 30 hours of on-demand education sessions, most of them offering Continuing Professional Development credit, are available online to registered participants, and a series of live webinars is set for April 21-23.
