More than 3,000 expected to participate in Long Beach event April 22-24

LISLE, Ill. – Registration is open for the 2025 Water Quality Association Convention & Expo, to be held April 22-24 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA. The convention website, wqa.org/convention, provides registration, housing, schedule, and special experience information for the premier water quality industry event.

“Our Convention theme, Innovate, reflects the drive to explore cutting-edge technologies, tackle challenges like PFAS and lead, and inspire meaningful change,” said WQA Events Director Angie Silberhorn, CMP. “This event equips water treatment professionals to lead the industry into the future.”

This year’s Convention introduces exciting new opportunities for networking and engagement, including an Expo Brunch, interactive workshops, a second Networking  Reception on the closing day, and the first-ever HydroPitch session, where innovators will present groundbreaking ideas to industry leaders. A state-of-the-art Convention app will help attendees plan their schedules and maximize networking opportunities.

The Convention & Expo, which is expected to attract more than 3,000 dealers, manufacturers and consultants from around the world, is the most comprehensive annual gathering of water treatment professionals in North America. Education sessions are scheduled for all three days of the event, with technical sessions geared to all levels of learners, from those brand-new to the industry to those interested in research or commercial/industrial applications.

Water Treatment dealers will enjoy a full complement of business operations topics as well and can take part in a Dealer Deep Dive with Keynote speaker Diana Kander, a best-selling author and innovation expert, on the afternoon of April 23. That event is included in full Convention registration, but seating is limited so attendees must opt in when they register to secure their spots.

The Expo will be open April 23 & 24, featuring more than 200 exhibitors showcasing the most advanced products and services in residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment. Cost savings through early registration pricing are available for those who register by Feb. 28, 2025. The WQA hotel block offers guaranteed lowest rates at nearby facilities.

WQA members receive a discount on registration, Expo booth space, and sponsorship opportunities. New WQA member companies are eligible for one free Convention registration during their first year of membership. Membership information is available at wqa.org/membership.
