As per the Association’s bylaws, the affairs of WQA shall be under the direction of a 24-person board of directors, consisting of fifteen members elected by the manufacturer/supplier/retail membership category and nine by the dealer membership category.
Eight of the 24 directors shall also serve as a board of governors. They will include the four officers (board president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer), the immediate past president, and three governors-at-large.
