Brad Shuck to discuss ‘Leadership Vision for Changing Industry’   

LISLE, Ill. – Internationally recognized workplace culture expert Brad Shuck, PhD, will be a featured speaker at the 2025 WQA Convention & Exposition, April 22–24 in Long Beach, Calif. Shuck will lead a session titled “Leadership Vision for a Changing Industry” at 2 p.m.  Thursday, April 24.

“Leadership is a critical ingredient in how our industry continues to evolve and thrive,” said Jonathan Adams, CAE, WQA Vice President of Innovation. “Dr. Brad Shuck brings a fresh, research-driven perspective that will empower attendees to lead with intention, build stronger teams, and navigate change with confidence.”

Shuck is a respected scholar, consultant, and speaker whose research has helped organizations worldwide understand the power of employee engagement and leadership effectiveness. Known for his compelling and evidence-based approach, Shuck will share insights on how to foster trust, drive team performance, and build sustainable cultures amid today’s shifting workplace dynamics.

A professor at the University of Louisville and co-founder of OrgVitals, a culture management software company, Shuck has partnered with global organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to major nonprofits. His work has been featured in Forbes, The Washington Post, TIME, and Business World Online, and he has delivered keynotes and leadership sessions in more than 25 countries.
