Father and son tell us about leadership, employee relations, community engagement and innovation at the business, founded in 1946 by John Packard’s father. The company now has 34 dealerships in 10 states and nearly 600 employees.
John Packard is a past WQA President, a 1999 Key Award recipient and a 2003 WQA Hall of Fame honoree. Derek Packard was honored with WQA’s Next Gen Award in 2023.
