Committee Charges:
- Proactively define public and consumer problems based on data, research, and trends.
- Uncover early-stage awareness gaps, emotional drivers, and trusted channels.
- Advise on earned-media public outreach strategies to promote the industry and WQA’s credibility.
- Identify subject matter experts and industry influencers to amplify WQA messaging.
- When requested, recommend solutions for public and consumer issues.
