The Public Affairs Committee discuss emerging public and consumer pain points, trends, and advises on public outreach strategies using data‑driven insights.

Committee Charges:

  • Proactively define public and consumer problems based on data, research, and trends.
  • Uncover early-stage awareness gaps, emotional drivers, and trusted channels.
  • Advise on earned-media public outreach strategies to promote the industry and WQA’s credibility.
  • Identify subject matter experts and industry influencers to amplify WQA messaging.
  • When requested, recommend solutions for public and consumer issues.
