The committee helps develop and implement business operations education through in-person and virtual education. This includes education at WQA’s Annual Convention.
Committee Charges:
- Provides input and guidance relating to business operations training initiatives and undertakings (i.e., programs, webinars, seminars, etc.).
- Aids in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives for delivering business operations training to members throughout the year, by identifying speakers, content, and methods of delivery.
- Reviews satisfaction survey results from business operations training programs and provides recommendations for implementing responses to key findings.
