This week’s WQA Radio podcast features a portion of a recent Water Quality Research Foundation webinar, “Toolbox Talk.” Presenter Jennifer Smith, CWS, a residential sales rep for ResinTech, discusses some of the tools offered in the Kitchen Table Toolbox developed by WQRF.
Smith is a trainer and consultant for the water treatment industry and has been a strong advocate for using WQRF research in staff and client meetings. She focuses on the benefits of softened water, especially its impact on the effectiveness of soaps, detergeants and shampoos.
