WQA’s Leadership Engagement And Development (LEAD) program develops advanced leadership skills while forging deeper engagement and participation within the WQA and broader industry. Since 2020, the impact of RISE, THRIVE, and WIN has spread to provide tangible solutions to members, including young professionals and women in the industry, to build their networks by harnessing the power of networking, mentoring and education.

Become a 2023 LEAD Supporter

To help meet the LEAD mission, we need your help. Through the generosity of member companies supporting LEAD each year, the LEAD Program has established:

  • The LEAD Scholarship for WQA’s Convention & Exposition and WQA’s Mid-Year Leadership Conference (In 2022, we awarded 11 scholarships)
  • The WQA Mentorship Program pairs mentees with volunteer mentors in the industry to grow their network, perspective, and impact
  • The WQA Leadership Initiative pairs future leaders with a WQA Board of Director, focusing on strengthening engagement and leadership in the industry and with WQA
  • Through the LEAD Advisory Councils, we continue to host webinars throughout the year for all members to participate. Watch for future events on WQA’s Events Page

2023 WQA LEAD Advocates & Supporters will be recognized on LEAD Program webpage and can use the LEAD logo to promote their support. For more information, download the LEAD Program Donor Form.
