The WQA Mentorship Program emboldens personal and professional growth of water professionals by fostering relationships with an exchange of knowledge, experience and advice among members.
The program is a WQA membership benefit with no participation fee.
Program Information: Mentees can choose between a traditional 1-on-1 match or join a small mentoring group with a facilitator.
Meeting Frequency: Program is a 4-month program that runs from September to December, meeting once to twice a month using the Zoom platform.
Program Eligibility: WQA members who are prepared to bring an open mind and willingness to actively participate in the engaging topics selected for the year. Program capacity each year may vary based on mentor availability. Our current program cycle is under way. Stay tuned for updates when applications open again in Spring 2025!
