Finish your training strong by staying on top of your coursework and locking in your certification exam date. Completing your homework reinforces critical skills, while scheduling your test creates a clear timeline for your professional success. Take the final step in your learning journey, turn in your assignments, set your exam date, and earn the credentials you have earned.
On your Dashboard, scroll to the Course Overview section and locate the homework modules for the following based on the certification path you’re pursuing:
- Installers: Installation module
- Water Treatment Representative: Foundational course
- Water Specialist: Foundational course and Treatment of Drinking Water
- Service Technician: Foundational course and Troubleshooting
- Treatment Designer: Foundational course, Treatment of Drinking Water, Advanced Design
Be sure you’re looking at the homework modules only.
Check the completion percentage for each module. If a module shows less than 100% complete, open it.
In the homework module, locate the Course Completion Status box:
On laptops and desktops, it’s on the right side of the page. On mobile devices, it’s at the bottom of the page.
Select More Details to see which activities are complete and which still need attention.
If a Field Practice activity is marked incomplete, open the homework module and go to the corresponding week using the Homework Assignments tab. Select Check Status to see whether the activity:
- Has been submitted
- Is under review
- Needs revision (shown under the More Info tab)
Complete any missing activities. If you revise and resubmit a Field Practice assignment, please send a note to the instructor using the email link on that week’s homework page.
Make sure you completed all screens and that any videos have been allowed to play all the way through to the end.
- Click the activity name in the Course Completion Status list
- Select the “Resume” option
- Use the hamburger menu (3 stacked bars) in the upper left of the activity to see the list of activity screens
- Click through each to check for completion. Allow any screens with videos to play all the way through
- Remember to click the Exit button on the final screen
