WQA offers webinars throughout the year on technical and business operations topics that are of particular interest to water treatment professionals. Presenters are industry or subject matter experts, including WQA staff, WQA members and seasoned educators.
Technical webinars address topics such as emerging contaminants, treatment technologies and regulatory issues. Most provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit for WQA-certified professionals.
Business operations courses focus on skills and information that business owners need to run their companies and grow their operations. Subjects could include hiring and retaining staff, improving marketing or sales techniques, simplifying processes or budgeting.
Most WQA webinars are free to WQA members as a member benefit; others may attend for a small fee. Registration is required and includes both live webinar participation and a recording of the event.
